At Virelle, each knife is carefully prepared and packed before leaving our hands. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are dispatched and delivered.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been received, unless otherwise stated (for example, during pre-orders or limited releases).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

All orders are shipped using reputable Australian courier or postal services. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier, but generally fall within:

Pre-orders and limited releases
If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
Dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or supply factors. If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, you will be offered a full refund.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Authority to leave
If you select or agree to an authority to leave option, Virelle is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Virelle is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos where possible.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist with lodging an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis once the carrier investigation is complete.
